Exquisitely crafted estate 18k white gold ring with a luminous blue topaz doublet (mother-of-pearl base) and round brilliant cut diamonds. The inside of the ring is stamped "750" and underneath the center stone is a cut out of the initials "T" and "C". This ring is a finger size 7.
