In stock items can generally expect to ship within 1-3 business days of payment. For items needing alteration of any kind, expect them to ship within 4-6 business days. Need a rush order? Please contact me prior to checkout to see if I can accommodate. Whenever possible, I'm happy to work with you.
Please contact me with any questions or concerns PRIOR to purchase, as I will be happy to address them in a timely manner. This includes additional photographs, video, or alternative views of pieces.
Most made to order pieces are marked with a 2-4 week turnaround. Please allow this extra time, if needed, so that I can be sure your piece arrives crafted as it should.

I have made the decision to only offer fine quality jewelry to my clients. My goal has always been to provide solid precious metals and earth-mined, genuine gemstones & diamonds to my clients. I will not sell (or set) manmade stones of any kind (cubic zirconia, moissanite, lab grown anything, synthetic diamonds, etc). I will not sell (or make) jewelry that is gold-plated, rolled gold, or any costume metal for that matter.
I always recommend ordering early to avoid the rush and postal delays. Shipping refunds or credits are not available.
Each shipment is designated a tracking number through the shipping provider you've requested. Insurance is included in the price of shipping. Axis + Stone is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Should any issue arise, please contact me so that we can assist however possible.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact me upon arrival of order. Return or exchange requests can be made with four days of package acceptance. After request is approved, item can be returned in new condition. Any item that has been worn, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for refund/exchange. Refunds will begin being processed within three days of package acceptance to Axis + Stone.
Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
NO returns or exchanges on special orders. All special order sales are final. Please remember custom pieces are made to order and are made special for you.
Having said that, I care tremendously about customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact me prior to leaving feedback so that we can try to find a resolution.
Axis + Stone is not responsible for work or damage done to a piece by a third party. Please contact me first if you have any issues with your order. I will not repair items that were not purchased from Axis + Stone.
